Custom Orders

Custom orders take 1-6 months to produce depending on what stone and design is selected. Shorter time frame designs are available and can be discussed. A general step-by-step guide below illustrates how we work. 

THE PROCESS

1. Stone Selection The process starts with a live video or phone call with Joanne where you receive a tour of the studio, are presented available stone options and have a stone consultation. This session can be between 30min to 1 hour.

2. Price Estimate & Deposit Once the stone and design is selected, an invoice will be sent for an initial deposit of 50% of the estimated price.

3. Design Development  Existing designs from our collection will not require additional sketching or compositing. If you would like an original design, we will create sketches and drawings for approval.

4. Manufacturing & Completion This si the production stage of your custom design where the artisans and jewelers craft all the elements and final pieces. Upon completion we will send you pictures and an invoice for the remaining balance. 

5. Cleansing and Activation Before packaging and delivery, we take 1-3 days to cleanse and activate the crystal for you.
